We welcome Colin Emerson, Andrew Blacka and Ben Coulson to the Shorts Team.
This trio brings to our team a vast range of knowledge and experience to expand our resources dedicated to controller assembly, product technical assistance and lift testing. Their appointments are central to developing our technical support services, including regular training seminars, site surveys and supporting our upcoming PB4 lift control systems.
Colin Emerson is a highly qualified lift engineer and NVQ 4 tester with over three decades of lift industry experience. Colin will assist our Technical Manager, Phil Walmsley, in testing lifts installed through our Specialist Lifts and Services division. At the same time, Andrew Blacka and Ben Coulson will increase our technical support capacity across all areas, primarily focusing on lift controller assembly and supporting
Peter Burfitt and Marc Ingleson with telephone customer technical support.
