Both our Bradford and London offices will be closed from 1 pm on Friday, 23rd December and will re-open at 8:30 am on Tuesday, 3rd January.
The cut-off for orders for ex-stock products will be 10 am on Friday, 23rd December. These items will be dispatched the same day from our warehouse for an expected delivery on Wednesday, 28th December.
However, due to Royal Mail Industrial Action and adverse weather conditions, our delivery partner DPD is experiencing localised delays and have brought forward their last shipping date for Christmas delivery to 19th December.

Ex-stock orders placed after this cut-off will not be processed or dispatched until Tuesday, 3rd January.
Delivery for our non-stock products will be advised upon order confirmation.
Orders can be placed via our Webshop during this period but won’t be processed until we return.
