DMG PB4 Controller

DMG's most advanced lift control system

The PB4 controller from DMG is a state-of-the-art lift control system designed to offer exceptional performance, flexibility, and connectivity. It is suitable for new installations and modernisation projects, making it a versatile choice for various applications.

The system integrates a unique combination of the controller motherboard and a Fuji VVVF inverter into a compact device. Users can access all settings and diagnostics through the embedded PlayPad device or smartphone Fusion App. With robust hardware and advanced 32-bit software, the PB4 is designed to meet and exceed the requirements of the EU Lift Directive and the EN81-20/50 Standard.

Continuous processing of collected data and comparison with the operational model enables early maintenance alerts, allowing issues to be detected before they occur. For instance, sudden lateral micro-accelerations or interruptions in movement can indicate the onset of more severe operational defects.

Advanced Connectivity

The PB4 supports near-field communication and 4G technologies, allowing you to connect to the controller locally via your smartphone, tablet or PC. This enables diagnostics, error clearing, performance analysis, and parameter modifications from your device.
